How We Work - Supply of Products

We work with some of the biggest players in the food processing, food ingredients and natural oil and oleoresins industries. These global giants source a wide range of spice oleoresins, spice oils and natural mint products. In a fiercely price driven market we have succeeded primarily by creating enduring relationships through superior customer service.

We have a unique 6-stage process to ensure your product acquisition success. This process is designed to not just meet stated expectations, but also to reflect our philosophy of creating real value for our customers in Asia, Africa, US & Europe. We have a holistic approach that goes beyond mere cost savings for your company. By understanding your business and through our relationship with you we create value not only in meeting your short-term goals, but also by helping you achieve your long-term business goals.


Stage 1 - Enquiry Analysis
Enquiry analysis is not just understanding your stated needs, but carrying our analysis beyond that to provide solutions to enhance your business. We analyze your requirements thoroughly and identify the "simplest way to execute".

Stage 2 - Enquiry Processing
We have a defined process in place to ensure flawless performance during this critical phase of documenting the needs and requirements as well as understanding the possibilities on hand. The challenges in this stage are different from actual execution. This is why we have a specialized team who would work with you and the execution team to make sure that standards and efficiency do not drop. We carry out processing Quotes, Negotiations, Follow Ups etc. in a streamlined fashion.

Stage 3 - Sample
We establish proof of concept even before you enter a formal arrangement by sending a sample of the product for your evaluation. This will clearly define parameters of quality and adhering to the Specifications mutually agreed upon in the Enquiry Analysis stage.

Typically, a sample cycle takes 10 days right from the dispatch to the feedback, but this could vary depending on the product and country.

Stage 4 - Contract Signoff
Once all the parameters are in place. The product is acceptable to the customer. We go ahead with the endorsement by both the buyer and Value Markets. Typically a Sales contract is signed between the buyer and Value Markets.

Stage-5 - Order Fulfillment
Right from the endorsement of the Sales Contract. Till the shipment reaches the warehouse of the customer. It involves many processes like pre-Shipment Documentation, co-ordination of Logistics and Supplier Payments.

Stage 6 - Customer Relationship Management
We believe that doing business with Valuemarkets should be easy. Customer Relationship Management is as important to us as Order Fulfillment and would continue for the entire lifecycle of the Order. With weekly telephone reviews, daily reports, a single point of contact, and a Order management tool which allows tracking of a Order on a daily basis, we ensure that you not only have a comfortable product acquisition experience, but never lose control over the entire Order.
